Our Online Return Policy: Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail or at one of our US or Canada store locations. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes made-to-order furniture and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount. We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, there is a short window of time in which you can cancel your order. Visit our Cancellation Policy page for more info.

Items such as nail polish, hairspray, oversized products or items that contain lithium can only be shipped via Standard Shipping. Additionally, some orders may not be eligible for Rush Shipping due to the fulfillment location of items in the order.

To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers and retail stores.

Please check the tracking information for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts. If there haven't been any new events after 7 days for standard shipping, or if your expedited shipping has missed the expected delivery date, please contact us.
If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not located it, please check the surrounding areas and allow two business days from the "delivery date" in case the carrier is running behind. Occasionally, packages will be scanned ahead and marked "delivered" before the true delivery.
Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.

You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag. Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change. We will email you with any date changes.

We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item from our website if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment. If you used a UO Gift Card to make your purchase, a new gift card will be issued reflecting the difference.
