How Will My Order Be Shipped and How Much Will I Be Charged?

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.

There is an additional shipping charge of $5.00 for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Orders to these destinations will ship USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited. Orders to APO addresses will also ship USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited, but will not incur additional shipping charges.

If you would like your order shipped to multiple locations, an additional $5.00 will be charged for each additional shipping address.

Additional shipping may be added to the standard shipping costs for each oversized apartment item added to your cart. This amount will be indicated in the item description and will also appear at checkout. Furniture and other oversized apartment items cannot be shipped outside of the continental U.S.

We are able to expedite orders for an additional charge.

• Three Day Delivery - add $5.00
• Two Day Delivery - add $12.00
• Overnight Delivery - add $25.00

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 10 AM Eastern Standard Time... no express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday by 10:00 AM will arrive on Monday. Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.

Can My Order Be Shipped Internationally?

We ship to all of the United States and territories, APO/FPO addresses, Canada and the UK. Some items are not available for export. We are currently unable to ship to overseas addresses outside of the UK. We are working toward providing delivery to more international addresses in the future.

All orders shipped to Canada will be assessed the standard shipping charge based on the amount of the purchase and an additional $30.00. Orders shipped to Canada will be shipped UPS Ground with the exception of Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. These territories will ship standard USPS. Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot be expedited. All of our web site prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. Please remember taxes and duties may be assessed by Canadian customs and are your responsibility.

All orders shipped to the UK will be assessed a flat rate standard shipping charge of $55.00. Orders shipped to the UK will be shipped via UPS International. Unfortunately, UK orders cannot be expedited. All of our website prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. Taxes and duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that while most orders sent to the UK and Canada will ship from UrbanOutfitters in about the same amount of time as orders shipping to the US, they are subject to review by Customs upon arrival to their country of delivery.

*In order to protect you, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing & shipping addresses of all UK (England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland) orders match the address that is on file with the issuing bank of the credit card. To ensure timely processing and delivery, please be sure that this information matches what is on record with your credit card issuing bank. Canadian customers can complete orders online using our standard secure online checkout process.

Can You Gift Box My Order?

UrbanOutfitters.com offers two gift box options. For $4.00 per item, we'll wrap your gift item in our tissue paper, seal it with an UrbanOutfitters.com sticker, and place it in our unique UrbanOutfitters.com box. If you'd like to wrap your gift item on your own, we also offer that option. For $3.00 per item, you will receive all items mentioned above so that you can wrap your gift on your own. To select your gift wrap option, check the Gift Services option during checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Gift-Wrap for orders shipping to addresses in the UK. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

How Will I Know If My Order Shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Click here to login and check the status of your order.

When Will I Be Charged?

Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
